A few things I've learned about #meditation in the three weeks I've been doing it:

1. I need to have laid out my work clothes before I meditate each night, or my mind's going to keep jumping to "BUT WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TOMORROW?!!"

2. Having a #cocktail before meditation does not improve said meditation. (It's harder to concentrate!)

I know layered cocktails are pretty but every time I drink one I think, looks are one thing but taste is another. This drink needs to be mixed or something before drinking to get all the flavors better balanced. #cocktail Bird & Gin: Simador Blanco Tequila, Pineapple, Elderflower, Aperol, Lime, Empress Gin

Hier mein persönliches Lieblingsrezept für einen Tschunk:
Zutaten für 1 Glas (2 cl):
- 40 ml anständigen Rum
- Mio-Mate
- 1 Bio-Limette
- 2 EL Rohrzucker, leicht gehäuft
- Eiswürfel

Die Limette achteln und in das Glas geben.
Rohrzucker und Rum hinzugeben.
Mit einem Holz-Stampfer die Limetten im Glas zerdrücken.
Eis dazu, mit Mate auffüllen und etwas umrühren.
Fertig.
