ZenodoGrammar Without Judgment: Eliminability of Ethical Trace in Syntactic ExecutionThis article advances a new theoretical hypothesis: a regla compilada, defined as a Type-0 production in the Chomsky hierarchy (Chomsky 1965, 101-103; Montague 1974, 55-57), can eliminate the ethical trace embedded in syntactic operations without resorting to semantic suppression. Grounded in the notion of the soberano ejecutable (Startari 2025, 12-16) and located within the Executable Power canon (Startari 2025, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.15754714, 34-36), the paper argues that ethical judgment, treated here as a syntactically traceable node, can be structurally excised through a deletion rule applied during derivation. Existing research in algorithmic alignment and computational ethics (Anderson 2024, 89-92; Floridi 2023, 143-147) has not addressed the strictly syntactic eliminability of moral judgment, therefore this proposal establishes a novel logical vector toward operational grammars that function without ethical residues. DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15783365 This work is also published with DOI reference in Figshare https://doi.org/ 10.6084/m9.figshare.29447060 and Pending SSRN ID to be assigned. ETA: Q3 2025.

This article introduces a formal hypothesis: that ethical judgment, modeled as a syntactic node [E], can be erased entirely through a single rule—δ:[E] → ∅—without violating generative validity. The analysis reframes alignment, audit, and accountability as problems of grammar, not semantics.

Why Do The Wicked Prosper?
In Psalm 73, Asaph expresses a common struggle that many people face today: the question of why do the #wickedprosper.(Psalm 73:12-17).
Asaph wonders why those who appear to be evil and arrogant seem to lead lives of ease and #prosperity, while the #righteous sometimes face hardships
Asaph ultimately finds resolution in his understanding of GOD'S #Sovereignty and the ultimate #fateofthewicked (Psalm 73:18-20)Their #Judgment is sure.Turn to GOD & turn from your sin.

A quotation from Judith Martin

Should you happen to notice that another person is extremely tall or overweight, eats too much or declines convivial drinks, has red hair or goes about in a wheelchair, ought to get married or ought not to be pregnant — see if you can refrain from bringing these astonishing observations to that person’s attention.

A quotation from Arendt

The moment we no longer have a free press, anything can happen. What makes it possible for a totalitarian or any other dictatorship to rule is that people are not informed; how can you have an opinion if you are not informed?

A quotation from Victor Hugo

In fact, were it given to our human eye to see into the consciences of others, we would judge a man much more surely from what he dreams than from what he thinks.

[En effet, s’il était donné à nos yeux de chair de voir dans la conscience d’autrui, on jugerait bien plus sûrement un homme d’après ce qu’il rêve que d’après ce qu’il pense.]

Victor Hugo (1802-1885) French writer
Les Misérables, Part 3 “Marius,” Book 5 “The Excellence of Misfortune,” ch. 5 (3.5.5) (1862) [tr. Wilbour/Fahnestock/MacAfee (1987)]

If we are to live under liberty, so are we to speak and act. Judgment is without mercy to those who keep the law but fail but in one part. Yet mercy triumphs over judgment. Show no partiality as you hold the faith in Jesus Christ to the man rich or poor. Neither stands over the other, but one requires richness of faith.

During discussions with my family I thought a little this week about friends, family, and workers who have come out or changed (ie. revealed their true) their inner identity over the last decade or so.

My reactions are typically muted and the social equivalent of a compliant shoulder shrug, which I know some people can take offense to when I don't mean any. I had some trouble putting a name to how I typically react to that sort of thing, and did a little research into similar points of view.

I found a lot of different perspectives including a Reddit post that basically opined that many people aren't truly nice. They don't really care but *seem* nice and tolerant because they generally mind their own business. I don't feel like I'm that far gone, but a few comments under it did resonate.

Anyway, I gathered my thoughts and wrote a little about it. Maybe you'll see a little of yourself in it too?

For #Trump, a Lifetime of Scandals Heads Toward Moment of #Judgment

When the history of the 2024 #election is written, 1 of the iconic images illustrating it will surely be the mug shot taken of Trump after 1/4 indictments, staring into the camera w/his signature glare. It is an image not of shame but of defiance, the image of a man who would be a #convicted #felon before Election Day & yet possibly #POTUS again afterward.

"Ways to be less judgmental when listening include:

-Expressing empathy for the person or their situation
-Learning more about different people and cultures
-Practicing acceptance of others

When you let your mind follow the call of the senses, they carry away your better judgement like storms drive a boat off its chartered course on the sea.
