Schermuly, Christoph Peters).</p><p>💡 Many questions remain open:<br>➡️ What factors support the development of an agile mindset?<br>➡️ What obstacles stand in the way?<br>➡️ Is the agile mindset an individual trait, or can it develop at the team level?<br>➡️ Does everyone on the team need to have an agile mindset?<br>➡️ How does an agile mindset impact team effectiveness and morale?</p><p>We immediately tested our <a href="https://friends.librescrum.org/tags/survey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>survey</span></a> to validate the new research model. what a blast,

visited the small university in heide holstein together with @karen

our topic was #scrum but not to certify. so more freedom for our agenda. the students were becoming masters in "business psychology". (#wipsy)

we played #lego4scrum by mr #krivitsky using the modified version with the bar inside the rainforest.

we played the #agile clock to go deep into agile principles.

@karen introduced her scientific approach to the #agilemindset [1].

we played a complete 5 phases #retrospective and thanks to the mastodon post[2] of @estherderby i was able recommend the next and fresh version of her book with @DianaOfPortland

i used ecocycle planning for the retrospective about things that should change at this university. and instead of the 15% solutions[3] i used "... microactions not to solve the problem, but to change the energy gradient of the problems space." which i learned shortly before from @snowded [4]

i feel there are conversations following that experience. looking forward.
