I'm up to the Simplifying Square Roots with Variables lesson of the #algebra basics from #KhanAcademy, and wew boi am I struggling.

I've spent the last 4 hours on this and I feel like there's some foundational step I'm missing because I seem to be getting it most of the time but then there will be one that just doesn't make sense.
