1. Pull up any search engine and grab the Top 20 Background Check Sites.
2. Search for your specific info page on each one.
3. There should be a link there to request deletion, which each site has to abide by legally.

The data broker industry proves again and again that they're among the worst when it comes to privacy!
Data broker CRIF has phone numbers from contracts I cancelled before 2011 on file. Those numbers have been inaccurate for 14 years now, yet they apparently saw no need to delete them. And I'm not even beginning to ask why they ever needed them.
Needless to say that I knew nothing about which of my data they had until I filed an access request.

Montana just became the first U.S. state to ban law enforcement from purchasing personal data from brokers — and it’s a privacy milestone 
Under this new law:
Government agencies can’t buy sensitive data (location, biometrics, etc.) without a warrant
It closes a major loophole used to sidestep Fourth Amendment protections
Agencies also can’t require people to waive rights through service terms
It sets a precedent for digital due process in a data-saturated world

“The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) said in December 2024 it planned to close a loophole under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the federal law that protects Americans’ personal data collected by consumer reporting agencies, such as credit bureaus and renter-screening companies. The rule would have treated data brokers no differently than any other company covered under the federal law and would have required them to comply with the law’s privacy rules.
The rule was withdrawn early Tuesday, according to its listing in the Federal Register. The CFPB’s acting director, Russell Vought, who also serves as the director of the White House’s Office of Management and Budget, wrote that the rule is “not aligned with the Bureau’s current interpretation” of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.”
