US prosecutors urged a fed judge Thurs to reject #Trump’s claim of #AbsoluteImmunity from #criminal prosecution for actions in office, saying that he’s “not above the #law” & that his #indictment for allegedly conspiring to block the results of the #2020election should not be dismissed.
