Distinct from intellectual knowledge, it is cultivated through study, reflection, and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/meditation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>meditation</span></a>, and is inseparable from <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/compassion" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>compassion</span></a>.
