Internet Society<p>That’s a wrap on the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS)+20 High-Level Event! We had an amazing time this week organizing meetings, speaking on panels, exchanging ideas, and engaging with our global community. </p><p>We were proud to advocate for the multistakeholder model of Internet governance and lead conversations (like Monday’s panel) on the key topic of community-centered connectivity. To everyone we chatted with in Geneva—thank you! <a href="https://techpolicy.social/tags/WSIS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WSIS</span></a></p>

Georg Greve<p>Back in Geneva for more than a few hours in a long while. </p><p>Interesting how many memories this place holds for me after countless meetings for <a href="https://floss.social/tags/WSIS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WSIS</span></a>, <a href="https://floss.social/tags/WIPO" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WIPO</span></a>, <a href="https://floss.social/tags/IGF" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>IGF</span></a>, and more.</p><p>Looking forward to <a href="https://floss.social/tags/GC25" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GC25</span></a> tomorrow...</p>
Internet Society<p>Final day at the <a href="https://techpolicy.social/tags/IGF2025" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>IGF2025</span></a>! This week has been full of invigorating conversations, meetings, and connections—all centered around the biggest dilemmas the Internet faces with the goal of solving them together. </p><p>As we wrap up at the IGF, we are just a few days away from the <a href="https://techpolicy.social/tags/WSIS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WSIS</span></a> high-level event where these conversations will continue. We look forward to the discussions we'll have over the next few weeks and the time we get to spend working closely with our community and partners.</p>
Internet Society<p>One of the most valuable parts of the <a href="https://techpolicy.social/tags/IGF" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>IGF</span></a> is the opportunity to meet with the community and stakeholders to discuss future plans for the Internet. There is much more to come this week—let's keep the conversations going! </p><p><a href="https://techpolicy.social/tags/WSIS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WSIS</span></a> <a href="https://techpolicy.social/tags/InternetGovernance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>InternetGovernance</span></a></p>
