This GoDRIvE is a clone of the Gotek USB floppy disk emulator, but specifically designed for the #Amiga and with a pass-through connector to the original floppy drive. Like the Gotek drive, it also uses the open source #flashfloppy firmware.
It's too bad I'd need to purchase two different GoDRIvE models for my A500 and my A4000, and they're pricey.

I'm going to play some of my lesser known personal #C64 favorites from back when I was little in about an hour on my #Twitch channel here: https://www.twitch.tv/thejanbeta Real Commodore 64, real me, real nostalgia, first stream in a long while. #RetroGaming #RetroComputing #VintageComputing

Now the web is full to the brim with #AI slop, I'm turning to... other, more reliable information sources.
Now, if you'll excuse me, Mind Maze awaits.
Still fighting with this Commodore PC10-III motherboard. I've now replaced U321, U322, U323, U324, U325, U326, U327, and U328. Both U325 and U328 tested fine. Doesn't matter, all new chips and it still only sees 512k. I'm stumped. What now?
@deadbeefdotmonster I think I've unknowingly given YouTube the impression that I'm heavily interested in #vintagecomputing and #retrocomputing and just weird arcane stuff :-) Right now I'm ratching this:
TheRetroChannel compares noise leakage into analog RGB from different brands of modern switching regulators.

Having been a "demoscener" (± 1000 years ago), I've got a soft spot for retro demo effects. Someone recreated a number of them in JavaScript and Canvas:
What do y'all think, time to toss my collection of ribbon cables?
I have a TEAC FD-55GFR, as far as I'm aware it's normally not able to write to anything lesser than High Density (1.2MB) 5.25 diskettes (just based on an info page I found)
It does seem that the Greaseweazle can force it to write to lesser density disks, but, perhaps only on one side? I can only get it to write on what I believe is the 'top' side (ie. the side when intended orientation is used when you insert the disk)
The disks are BASF branded labelled as 2S/2D, which I *assume* means they are 2-sided and double-density, but now I am doubting myself or these disks are incorrectly labeled!
If anyone knows anything that'd be cool :>
