Gaza is in a famine and most have not tasted fresh food in a long while. Flour and rice are incredibly hard to come by and vegetables prices have skyrocketed. Our team does a lot of manual labor and our camp residents are among the sick and injured that need healing. They needed something nutritious. We purchased 70 bags filled with an assortment of veggies, 25 for our camp and the rest for our team in the North and South. The deal we negotiated was half cash (35% commission) and half bank transfer (10% commision), 5,135 shekels each payment costing a total of $3,575 and an additional $154 for labor."</p><p>Support the survival, health and wellbeing of Palestinian families in the Refaat Alareer Camp of the Sameer Project.
