Yuna<p>Why is your perfect little process failing so miserably?</p><p>Because it's dead. Lifeless. A corpse in a PowerPoint slide.</p><p>You can't jam humans into a structure and expect magic. People don't follow processes, they embody them. Or reject them with the grace of a cat knocking things off a table.</p><p>Guide them. Talk. Collaborate. And what a miracle, they might actually come to use your process without knowing that hey use it.</p><p>Remember: even the best idea dies screaming if the humans aren't ready or the use case is fantasy.</p><p>Processes don't fail. People do. éric 🚲 🇪🇺 :emacs:<p>New post-doctoral research position in my group at University College London (<a href="https://fediscience.org/tags/UCL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>UCL</span></a>), looking at the use of **optimization for the design of dynamic and flexible processes for electronic waste**, in collaboration with researchers in multi-phase and micro-channel flow experiments for process intensification and in model identification for the development of dynamic models. The eventual deliverable of this project is a demonstrator process with a digital twin.
