leeleedeeBut I think I may have found my <a href="https://mstdn.dk/tags/journalling" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#journalling</a> solution. <a href="https://mstdn.dk/tags/PocketNotebooks" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#PocketNotebooks</a> ! Like a notebook that is about the size of my phone that can fit in my pocket and be with me at all times. I've been trialling it out for a few days now and I freaking love it. Anytime a thought comes up that I want to take note of, I reach for it, add a quick timestamp (eg 1354 for 13:54) and write.I've stopped reaching for my phone in quiet moments to keep me amused, and have even come up with a little icon system to help me get a quick overview of the notes in there.I got the idea from this from this video on YT, which I found quite inspiring.<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANcJgvAJFaU" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANcJgvAJFaU</a>🧵 - thread 3/3
