Gerhard HallsteinGeschichte eines SpitznamensSchon seit meiner Gymnasialzeit habe ich den Spitznamen Adam, der - wie sollte es auf einem Gymnasium anders sein - selbstverständlich englisch ausgesprochen wurde. Noch heute gibt es langjährige Bekannte, die mich immer noch Adam nennen. Doch die Geschichte dieses Namens ist nur ganz wenigen bekannt. Und ich möchte sie hier gerne erzählen:In meiner Oberstufenzeit hatten wir donnerstags in den ersten zwei Stunden Sport. Nach einer fünfminütigen Pause hatte dann eine Unterstufenklasse Sport. Nach dem Sport habe ich mich geduscht - und zwar nackt, weil ich ja überall verschwitzt war. Das hatten die Kids (ich nenne sie hier mal so) natürlich sofort raus. Und irgendeiner kam irgendwann mal auf die Idee, mich Adam zu nennen. Dieser Spitzname hat dann die Runde gemacht, weil ich ihn toll fand und mich auch selbst so genannt habe. Doch kaum jemand kannte den Ursprung und keiner hat sich dafür interessiert. Ich höre die Kids heute noch: Während ich unter der Dusche stehe, höre ich sie schon im Eingangsbereich brüllen "Mal schauen, ob der Adam wieder unter der Dusche steht". Und schneller als der Wind standen sie mit bis zu acht lachenden Kids in der Dusche, um mir ein Hallo zu sagen. Meine Nacktheit war für diese Kids nie ein Problem, sondern schlichtweg Selbstverständlichkeit.Das zeigte sich auch etwa ein Jahr später, als an unserer Schule ein Tutorensystem eingerichtet wurde: Schüler aus der Oberstufe betreuten jeweils eine bestimmte Klasse aus der Unterstufe. Und wie es der Zufall so wollte, bekam ich genau die Klasse zur Betreuung, in der diese Schüler lernten. Das Thema "Adam nackt unter der Dusche" stand bei uns nie auf dem Stundenplan.
