Kultusministerium BW<p>Für eine förderliche Lernumgebung: Mit einer Schulgesetzänderung schafft das Land die rechtliche Grundlage für <a href="https://xn--baw-joa.social/tags/Handyregeln" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Handyregeln</span></a> an Schulen. Künftig sollen alle Schulen verbindlich festlegen, wie, wann und wo mobile Endgeräte wie Handys und Smartwatches auf dem Schulgelände und im Unterricht genutzt werden dürfen, und erhalten durch eine Schulgesetzänderung die nötige Rechtssicherheit. Dabei hat jede Schule die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit den Schülerinnen, Schülern und Eltern passgenaue und altersgerechte Regeln zu erarbeiten.
