Which is a lot. But when you have the kind of nerve damage, and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/tourettes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#tourettes</a> motor tics I do, it turns out you can take more if needed.I was in genuine pain all the time from muscle spasms and cramps. Maggie MaybeYeah, see, gabapentin will mess you up. BUT I will risk a hip fracture to be free from hot flashes/night sweats. (I still laugh and shake my head when I think about those night sweats. I had no idea it could be that bad. There’s no amount of fanning myself or removing layers that would have stopped the drips of sweat.) Once I quit it (after weaning down over a month I still had worse <a href="https://hear-me.social/tags/withdrawal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#withdrawal</a> symptoms than when I quit oxycodone after years of daily use) I had such a dramatic improvement in symptoms I went and did too much and caused a massive crash. But I was so mad, how dare they look me in the face and tell me that the side effects acknowledged by the drug manufacturer aren’t real.
