Verbraucherzentrale NRW<p>Ein Haus effektiv zu dämmen, spart viel Heizenergie. Meistens lohnt sich das auch finanziell. Die Dämmung von Dachboden und Kellerdecke sind selten kompliziert. Hier kann man teilweise auch selbst Hand anlegen. Ich habe das mit einem kurzen Kommentar abgeschmettert, glaube aber dass ich hier nochmal etwas mehr ins Detail gehen muss.</p><p>Und ja: Meine Anmerkungen sind aus Sicht von Immobilieneignern geschrieben. Das sind immerhin 40% der Leute in Deutschland, also nicht so wenig. Gegenargumente die sich auf Mietwohnungen beziehen, bitte zurückhalten (-:</p><p>- Eine Wärmepumpe pumpt Wärme, nämlich aus der Umwelt in mein Heizmedium.<br>- Mit steigender benötigter Vorlauftemperatur (genauer: steigendem Delta zwischen Umgebungstemperatur und Vorlauftemperatur), muss die Wärmepumpe mehr pumpen: Der Kompressor muss mehr arbeiten, und das Verhältnis von Stromverbrauch zu Wärmeertrag verändert sich zuungunsten des Wärmeertrags: Die konkrete Arbeitszahl (wie viel kW Wärme bekomme ich für 1 kW Strom) sinkt.<br>- Es ist also erstrebenswert, die benötigte Vorlauftemperatur so gering zu halten wie möglich<br>- Dafür gibt es im wesentlichen zwei Massnahmen:</p><p> 1. Verringerung der Heizlast: Man sorgt dafür, dass das Haus nicht so viel Wärme verliert. Hier gibt es verschiedene Massnahmen, die alle unter "Das Haus nuss isoliert werden" subsummiert werden. Wenn man ein nicht dafür gebautes Haus aus den 70er/80er Jahren nachträglich energetisch sanieren will, kommen gerne Horrorzahlen wie 200.000EUR für eine Gesamtsanierung (Wände, Dach, Fenster, Türen, Keller) zusammen.<br>2. Vergrösserung der Heizfläche. EDIT: Diese Zahl wurde von einer Energieberaterin als unerreichbar bezeichnet. Ich versuche mehr zu erfahren.</p><p>Bei Heizung mit Multisplit Wärmepumpe und Luft-Luft Klima-Anlagen entfällt dieser Teil, weil die Energieanforderung komplett dynamisch erfolgt. Hier muss nur darauf geachtet werden, dass das Aussenmodul die kombinierten Anforderungen der Raummodule leisten kann.</p><p>Und viertens: Wärmepumpen werden in der Performance immer besser und die Strompreise haben sich so entwickelt, dass man selbst bei einer *Jahresarbeitszahl* von 2,6 im Vergleich zu Gas nicht nur Primärenergie sondern auch Geld spart. _Ohne_ die anstehenden CO2-Abgaben "lohnt" sich die Umstellung perspektivisch nur über 20 Jahre oder so, aber immerhin. Wenn ihr eine Gastherme vor deren wirtschaftlichen oder technischem Ablaufdatum austauscht, findet jemand der die weiter verwendet (meine geht an Freunde in der Nachbarschaft).</p><p>PS: Meine Eltern haben vor drei Jahren ihre Gasheizung erneuert , und selbst das hat bei ihnen zu einer eklatanten Reduktion des Gasverbrauchs geführt.
