Wenn ich Kunde wäre, würde ich das nicht gutheißen und das auch entsprechend der Bank mitteilen ...</p>

Es kam auch zeitgleich ne SMS mit Hinweis auf das Mail.</p><p>Sehr seltsame Formulierung und ungewöhnliches Vorgehen finde ich:</p><p>Ich soll mich melden wenn es nicht von mir ist, wenn ich mich aber nicht melde, dann wird der Auftrag gelöscht?!</p><p>Also muss ich mich ja auf jeden Fall melden - und das auch noch „sehr sicher“ per e-Mail, komisch…</p><p>…und dann kommt ne Eingangsbestätigung, die auf längere Wartezeiten und den KI-Support verweist - genau mein Humor 🤡</p><p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://verbraucherzentrale.social/@phishing_radar" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>phishing_radar</span></a></span></p>

Ich bin auf der Hilfe-Seite nicht fündig geworden und schaffe es auch nicht, Kontaktdaten für den Support (Formular/Telefon) herauszufinden.</p>
