Cheesy and TiredHey there. I have an update on Ashley Diamond, a Black trans woman, survivor, and activist. She has the opportunity to travel out of the especially trans-hostile state she's currently residing in, for a safe and affirming shelter situation. She's currently unhoused and unsheltered, and has been assaulted several times in the past couple of months alone, which compounds the already traumatic experiences she suffered in prison. She is in need of $130 for her train and transportation costs (she had a train ticket for earlier this week and unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of her control, was unable to leave at that time but got the ticket turned into a voucher), and at least $20 for food on the way.
