Dies bedeutet eine klare Änderung ggü. der bisherigen Praxis: Allein in den letzten 25 Jahren wurde 10x vor dem 22.2. abgestimmt, so auch dieses Jahr (9.2.25 zur Umweltverantwortungsinit.).<br>Dass die Stimmberechtigten sogar im Januar zur Urne gerufen wurden, kam zuletzt am 26.1.1958 vor.
