The lily of the valley (<a href="https://sueden.social/tags/convallariamajalis" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>convallariamajalis</span></a>, very poisonous) joins in later. The leaves are quite similar. To avoid confusing wild garlic leaves with the ones of the <a href="https://sueden.social/tags/lilyofthevalley" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>lilyofthevalley</span></a>, one can plant two or three lilys of the valley in an ideal spot in the garden (with a rhizome barrier, though!). As soon as the first leaf tips appear there, take extra care when collecting <a href="https://sueden.social/tags/wildgarlic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>wildgarlic</span></a>.</p>
