Silkscreen claims 20Gbps - but the eMarker reports 10Gbps. Power rating is correct though.
Have contacted the cable manufacturer - but wondering if it is a limitation of the Treedix?

Not for the first time I had to use my #macbookpro #macos to #format a #usb drive becaues the linux machine did not see it in the file manager where the GUI command for formatting is present ... this is really very disturbing indeed...

So, stubborn me now is running #DecentSampler sucessfully on #IOS 12.
Which does work, while IOS 15 does not. No clicks, no pops. Okay, I'm not using sample sets that make use of extensive #IR #Reverb that is possible with Decent Sampler.
This only works for me with a dead old #Swissonic #MIDI #USB interface that can be switched to use its output as a MIDI THRU port. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to feed the incoming signal into my additional hardware synthesizer without a dedicated MIDI THRU box.
The alternative route to use the USB port of the #Roland #GI20 /
#GK3b failed since this apparently only works driverless on #Linux.

I really don't like the idea of installing #Windows again besides #Linux on a second #SSD, only to for #playing certain #games that don't run on Linux at all. Guess it's what it is, no way around it if I wanna play #GTA5 properly and in #Online mode. 
Creating a #bootable #USB stick for Windows on Linux is a different beast, was a bit complicated.

Ich kopiere regelmässig Dateien von meinem Smartphone (Pixel 8 mit #GrapheneOS) zu und von meinem Computer. Das geht am einfachsten mit einem #USB #Kabel. Dabei wird aber das Telefon automatisch geladen - aber immer nur für ein paar Minute. Nicht ideal für den Akku, denke ich.
In GrapheneOS kann man das wohl nicht abstellen.
Deswegen dachte ich mir, es gibt vielleicht Kabel (A-C oder C-C) die NUR Datentransfer zulassen, aber nicht laden. Gibt es das? Wenn ja, wo kann man das kaufen?
