@stman @vidak @50htz @theruran @forthy42 as for "protocol" I'd recommend to take a closer look at #IrDA since there are a shitton of cheap transcievers and implementations available and it would allow this to be reused for a secure P2P data exchange and secure contactless networking solution that is inherently harder (if not basically impossible) to eavesdrop on compared to #Bluetooth and #WiFi.
- Plus it'll be a potentially better alternative to #LiFi for #Broadcast useage.
Not to mention I've not seen any IrDA devices >4MBit/s in the wild, with most being 9600bit/s #serial links fir the most part, and having a direct optical data exchange that takes literal seconds instead of minutes would really have a lot of good use cases i.e. in medical fields, where having a fully sterilizeable computer is kibda important and having a docking cradle with a charging coil and optical "port" would really be appreciated.
In fact ITU G.9991 (G.vlc) & IEEE 802.11bb are worth looking into as well just to see advantages and disadvantages...

Hannah Waddingham, odtwórczyni roli Rebeki Welton, ujawniła w rozmowie z mediami, że prace na planie ruszają latem, a scenarzyści w pocie czoła tworzą wyjątkowe skrypty.
Czwarty sezon, oficjalnie zapowiedziany przez Apple w marcu 2025, skupi się na nowej przygodzie Teda Lasso (Jason Sudeikis), który ma trenować kobiecą drużynę AFC Richmond.
W obsadzie powrócą m.in. Brett Goldstein, Juno Temple i Jeremy Swift, niemniej rola Sudeikisa może być nieco mniejsza niż w poprzednich sezonach.
Po sukcesie trzech sezonów, które zdobyły 13 nagród Emmy, fani z niecierpliwością oczekują kontynuacji. Premiera jest przewidywana na 2026 rok, choć dokładna data nie została potwierdzona. „Ted Lasso” pozostaje jednym z najpopularniejszych seriali Apple TV+.

Do you really need the missing serial console for remote out-of-band managemnt, like most of their devices?
Well, I had one and then returned it for that reason. I've been considering it again, but not without the serial connection... so a little digging around and I found some PCB images and quick info on the OpenWRT site.
Then decided to add those bits to a fork for personal tracking... for those interested in the PCB photos and quick-doc:

Yes you have seen it correctly, I'm now including __links__ the sh & console based browser, in my workflow, since it uses few resources, doesn't understand many of the modern languages, which results in pleasure and fun on the internet. You can even use links on a serial console like my Wyse terminal!

19 lutego na Disney+ zadebiutował pierwszy serial stworzony przez Pixar Animation Studios.
Niepokonani” to produkcja, która wprowadza nowy format na platformie Disney+.
Serial opowiada ośmiu bohaterach przygotowujących się do finału rozgrywek softballowych, a każdą historię poznajemy z różnych perspektyw. Produkcją zajęli się Carrie Hobson i Michael Yates, a muzykę stworzył Ramin Djawadi.
Dwa pierwsze odcinki są już dostępne, a całość liczy 8 epizodów, z których kolejne będą dodawane co tydzień. Serial, choć animowany, skierowany jest głównie do nastolatków i dorosłych.
