Workshop Recap: PIDs for Academic Events

We recently organized a workshop at @tibhannover dedicated to exploring the potential of Persistent Identifiers (PIDs) for academic events.

We brought together a diverse group of stakeholders – researchers, conference organizers, librarians, and more – to discuss how PIDs can improve the organization, visibility, and long-term preservation of events.

UU Geosciences Policy on RDM and Open Science Approved!

MSc scholarship available in the agriRDM project - an initiative of Teagasc and UCD in Ireland, WUR in the Netherlands, and ZALF in Germany. The first poster session of #ELMI2025 which took place on Helix A last night, provided an ideal setting to exchange ideas with friends and colleagues about #bioimaging and #rdm.

Exciting projects were presented by @nfdi4bioimage including OMERO-vitessce and the IO-FAST initiative. Our data stewards were also on site, ready to offer advice on bioimaging #datamanagement.

Today, we will continue with talks, workshops, and the second poster session. We look forward to more inspiring talks!
