I really like my #Fairphone 5 - it's reasonably fast, everything i need works (mostly without GAFAM as far as i can get atm) and i intend to use it for a long time.

But there is one "downside" of using a niche phone:
I want to attach my phone to my bikes, but all the cool kids (#PeakDesign, #SPConnect, #QuadLock) don't have specific cases for the Fairphone. I could go with an universal adapter, but alas i'm not sure if they will work fine (and safe) with an ordinary TPU case.

Cockpit-Update mit einer Halterung, welche nicht erfordert das Mobiltelefon mit einer 90°-Drehung "einrasten" zu lassen. So funktioniert die Halterung auch zwischen den beengenden Armauflagen der Aerobar.

Mal gucken, ob sich das Setup bewährt. Es ist schon recht ausladend und relativ schwer :o)

My current essential tech travel kit for short trips where I don't take any photo/video equipment with me.
I find the #Evergood Cap .5 very practical for this purpose.
So far, I've always taken a half-full pouch from #Alpaka or #PeakDesign with me.

So it's unclear if #PeakDesign provided any info to the police that may have led to #LuigiMangione's arrest, but we do know this:

So apparently #PeakDesign CEO just called the tilpline and said he would really like to help, but Backpack V1 serial numbers are not unique so the actual ratting out didn’t happen (but it sounds like he wanted to?). I picked up a 6L sling from Peak Design, specifically for times when I want to hold the camera in hand and bring along a separate lens (and maybe some batteries and stuff). So far it fits all of my lenses, including my 85mm 1.2 and my 70-200mm (if I take the hood off).

Going to see how it goes but I think it’ll be a good compliment to my everyday backpack and messenger bags.

I have a lot of #PeakDesign gear (durable, well designed). They just released the worst categorized but best bag they've made in years IMO & I wanted to give it some love: the S "UL packing cube." Pack w/it or with a strap or two you can use it as a sling or backpack (not sponsored, just a PD fan).

Does the #PeakDesign Travel Backpack 45L fit as carry-on for the common airlines? I guess so. Any tipps for choosing the size for Backpack or Daypack? I personally don't like the non-zipper design of the Dayback, there is a zipper variant tho.
