In this episode, Silke reports on findings from a string of full-fledged Beta transformations between 2019 and 2024, during which she performed the role of #MasterOfCeremonies. The findings are documented in the 21st BetaCodex Network research paper of the same name.

Improvement (a.k.a. optimizing a system) is great and it’s of vital importance. But sometimes optimization does not suffice. Because the world is changing, and institutions must keep up. In such contexts or situations, you need to overcome the system. Now, #OvercomingASysten (a.k.a. transformation) works fundamentally different than optimization of a system.
