Co-WOERK<p>Unser Team war mit einem Workshop zum Thema "Fach-Community-Arbeit in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/OpenScience" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenScience</span></a> und <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/OpenEducation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenEducation</span></a>" auf der diesjährigen <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/KNOER" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>KNOER</span></a>-Tagung in Berlin vertreten! <br>Die Frage nach mehr Synergien zwischen beiden Bewegungen loteten wir anhand des Community Canvas Modells und der Placemat-Methode aus. Fazit: Durch bewusste (schriftlich fixierte) Werte, die richtige Rollenverteilung, Regeln, sinnvolle Kanäle und langfristig gedachte Strukturen kann jede (Fach-)Community ihren Teil zu Openness beitragen.</p>
