Heute nach 28 min.Mit 20 min Pause war noch 15 min gehen auf dem Laufband möglich.Mit <a href="https://norden.social/tags/ms" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#ms</a> und in Anbetracht das Miniskus, Außenband und Knochen Anfang Februar gerissen waren, eine sehr gute Leistung 🙏Die Kraft ist deutlich gewachsen und hilft mir mit der matschigen linken Seite zurecht zu kommen. Ausdauer auch deutlich gestiegen 🍀

LilaDa es auf YT keinen Mai- <a href="https://dresden.network/tags/ms" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#ms</a> -Podcast gibt und mich der Juni-Podcast (MS und Begleiterkrankungen) momentan nicht interessiert, habe ich jetzt doch den Januar-Podcast von 2024 nachgeholt. Es geht um Stammzelltherapie bei MS. Das Thema hatte mich bisher eher abgeschreckt, aber nachdem der Herr Neurologe sowas gemurmelt hatte, als er mich im März im Krankenhaus besucht hatte, und Briumvi nicht so recht zünden will, geht mir das Thema immer öfter im Kopf rum.
