It's a really pretty design! And while the man in the video says it's useless, I actually started a CO2 sensor project this winter, but I didn't have a display or case.
Now I guess I do!
But it turns out driving a matrix of #LCD segments is surprisingly difficult.

OLEDs are too expensive and not scalable, micro-LEDs are unmanageable and self-illuminating quantum dots are immature. A damning verdict, isn't it?

has a permanently disabled LCD main screen, I decided to forgo My beautiful uptime and replace that computer with another nice system, where I show attempt to get high up times again.
This one has a smaller screen which means it uses about as much power as a glorified watch
