A social media platform which would not allow Meta's threads to plunder my content for free, that sounds good.
And people would foster a culture where creatives are compensated for THEIR efforts.

Why didn't we think of this super simple #idea before???

Has anyone created a web server that serves LLM-generated HTML pages on the fly, using the requested URL as part of the prompt? It could generate semi-realistic page content for e.g. /about or /store.html so that the whole resembles a web site without actually serving any useful content. Kind of a realization of Dead Internet Theory... Best done with a tiny (~1B) language model that is cheap to run on local hardware (e.g. Raspberry Pi), with aggressive caching.

They should make a new #TV show where they give contestants one penny and they have to go and find something they can buy that costs one penny.

As I was testing the mouse support I got an idea for a small game that I could include with the OS. It will justify the need for that support in keyboard/text-only driven system.

Here are few test sprites and how it could look like. Your cursor will be changed to that animal, you will leave the trails on the ground (more and more) and you need to avoid the mop that is trying to clean the floor.

Small redesign of railway signal.

I'm starting to see the grand vision of the game. Setting up rails and signals on them to manage movement of carts using most optimized way. I will then test if they can or can not be destroyed on collision - perhaps they just need to stop/revert.

What I an not crack is the extraction of resources part. To be intuitive and semi-realistic.
