So, last year, I used the #FloraApp to help identify what was growing in an overgrown area. I've pulled out a lot of the invasives (especially the vines), and now the #MockOrange is flourishing, as are the wild #Hydrangea beneath it. The native bees are very happy!

On the up side of the heat and humidity getting going, the ajisai (hydrangea) are out in force.

These are all from a short walk a couple of days ago. The variety in colour and shapes of the flowers is always impressive.

Father's Day is winding down here, and we are having a restful evening. Recent frequent rain has kept my hydrangeas healthy and pretty.
