hmmm... Connaissez-vous un lecteur de fichiers #epub et #pdf pour terminaux Android (smartphone et liseuse) qui permette de sauvegarder les citations sur un cloud autre que #GoogleDrive ?
L'idéal serait de pouvoir utiliser un accès #webDAV à mon espace chez #Infomaniak (où j'ai déjà un dossier "Livres numériques" rempli de fichiers). Ou au moins un cloud indépendant, qui puisse synchroniser entre au moins deux appareils et exporter les citations au format texte simple...

Good guy #Jottacloud sends you an email when you delete a lot of files.
I also find it funny that the web interface is a bit limited, the app gives you a bit more, but the CLI gives you absolute control over your files and folders.
I've now backed up all my machines, plus I have a sync folder, plus I have a destructive archive folder I can share files from.
Honestly, besides a sharing UI that is a bit janky, Jottacloud gives the power to the user and whips #GoogleDrive's ass.

My wife just found out that without her knowing and without actively consenting, all her #WhatsApp chats are stored on #GoogleDrive . Dark patterns galore on a Samsung.
More importantly: she wants to undo this, as she doesn't want her chats training LLM. But she can't find a setting to turn it off. And that's why I use @signalapp

Reluctantly, about to pay for a 5TB #GoogleDrive subscription because it will cover my whole Let's Play/Stream archive folder.
Been using #idrive backup but it just. Doesn't work with a data set this big, backups never complete.
Not sure there is another competitively priced option. Would love an excuse to pay google less, but it needs to be GOOD. This is a business-tier need.
