Dave Rahardja<p>I scratched my DSLR sensor to hell, lol. Don’t buy those sensor cleaning kits, folks, they suck.</p><p>However, I did find a place that specializes in replacing the low-pass filter, which is the thing ON TOP OF the sensor that actually gets scratched. Their primary service is to replace your filter with one that lets in either infrared or ultraviolet light though, to let you take cool beyond-visible-spectrum photography. But they do offer a replacement with an OEM filter.</p><p>Has anyone used these folks? They seem to have been around for long enough that I think they’re good to use.</p><p><a href="https://sfba.social/tags/photography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>photography</span></a> <a href="https://sfba.social/tags/dslr" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>dslr</span></a></p><p><a href="https://www.lifepixel.com" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="">lifepixel.com</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>
