My problem with Phantom Liberty is that it tilts the rest of the game:

1. It turns Pacifica from the Worst Hellspace on the west coast to "not that bad" actually.
2. You get unlimited money and unlimited upgrade parts thanks to the air drops and car theft missions.

Had to change the settings from borderless window to fullscreen in Cyberpunk 2077 because occasionally the controller stopped responding and instead a YouTube video I had on pause in Firefox started playing. Don't know if it was Windows or Cyberpunk but somehow it randomly lost focus on the game.
