#Unity will never learn from the Runtime Fee. Since Unity hub 3.13 the new projects come connected by default to the cloud without the possibility of creating an offline repository during startup.

If you have projects in Unity and don't want to have them linked, try disconnecting them or not updating the Unity Hub. There are even 3rd party launchers like Hub Native.

Right, so they changed Unity Hub so you can't make new projects without them being connected to the cloud. That sucks.

Now you need to download this other client instead, and then you can just delete Unity Hub from your system unless you need the cloud stuff:

The 'Unity Hub Native' app will let you make local projects and do all that local project stuff you could do before.

Better still, just stop using Unity and use ANYTHING else.
