Sustained tree growth contradict the common assumption that #tree growth declines in bigger trees.

Yield tables and silvicultural guidelines should be updated to reflect these current relationships.

Such revisions will favor delaying harvests in many managed stands to increase wood production and enhance ecosystem values including carbon fixation and storage.

Ik ontdek in de tuin een superleuke boom! Een Zweedse lijsterbes. (Sorbus Intermedia) Mooie bloesem, bessen, herfstblad). Met dank aan vogels die over de tuin vliegen denk ik.
Hij wordt 6-8m en houdt van goede drainage.
Bij mij: in de vette klei en op de rand van de waterberging.

Moet ik zijn zelfgekozen plek respecteren of verzetten?
