Transformation means "overcoming", not "optimizing."
Transformation that deserved the name cannot and will not happen if you do not remove, eliminate and overcome things, methods, patterns, beliefs and words that are connected with the previous state of the system.
I hope you will acknowledge that, looking at #agile and #lean this way, it is clear that 100% of "agile transformations" and "lean transformations" so far failed to achieve anything worth the name.
Maybe you will even acknowledge that 96% of agile tools, methods, techniques, frameworks and approaches are utterly inapt at supporting transformation.

Die Lektüre des OpenSpace Beta-Handbuchs und unserer Broschüre Die 12 Gesetze des Beta-Kodex wird vorausgesetzt - beides senden wir dir vorab zu!
Wir sende dir gerne eine Liste zusätzlicher wichtiger Materialien, die du vorab lesen kannst.
Mit der Anmeldung erhältst du: 1 OpenSpace Beta-Handbuch, 1 OpenSpace Beta-Konzeptüberblicks-Poster, 1 Broschüre "Die 12 Gesetze des Beta-Kodex", sowie eine Rechnung.
Zertifizierung: Du erhältst ein digitales Zertifikat und Badge. Zertifizierung erfolgt durch Teilnahme - Teilnehmer erhalten im Anschluss an den Workshop ein Teilnahmezertifikat und dürfen den Titel OpenSpace Beta Practitioner führen. Unsere Zertifizierung ist keine Zulassungsqualifizierung. Es entsteht keinerlei vertragliche Bindung über den Workshop hinaus.
Dies ist keine Ausbildung für das Großgruppenformat OpenSpace. Erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von OpenSpace werden vorausgesetzt!
