I've discovered Space Engineers... which feels a bit like Minecraft and KSP had a baby and this makes me very happy.

Is there a game that you really wanted to play, and were hyped about it, but after playing it, you could not simply "click" with it? In this case I'm not referring to known initial release disappointments that improved later (ex. #Cyberpunk 2077, #NoManSky, etc), but an actual acceptable and playable game that simply wasn't what you expected before playing it. I'll start with the two games I wanted to love but couldn't:

Wir saßen gerade nochmal zwei Stunden an #SpaceEngineers und wussten überhaupt nicht mehr, was wie und wo. Meine Fresse. Unser Bergbauschiff haben wir aber endlich fertiggestellt.
Dass ich es danach zweimal geschrottet habe, weiß mein Kumpel zum Glück nicht, der musste um 7 weg.

Heute hab ich in #SpaceEngineers das Thema Masseträgheit erlebt. Kenne ich ja sonst nur aus dem Büro.

As I was exploring the cosmos, I got ejected out of my cockpit for no apparent reason. I still have no idea how it got damaged so badly. Luckily, I had built a return to home system into the ship and I activated that. I found the wreckage about 3 km from my base. #SpaceEngineers
