The latter has to even regenerates thumbnails most of the time and forget light editing in its apps.The worst is Proton Drive, though, because files-on-demand turns into files-in-5-to-10-business-days, which isn't great when you want to work with multiple files.And don't get me started on storage space. Both companies' services don't give me 2TB in total, which I pretty much I can have on Google One right now for a fraction of the price.Working with files requires reliability and speed. European companies make this a luxury just to disappoint you.
