Ah yes... the old European poison and poop treatment. 👀

"A #WhatsApp group for #leftwing #activists in #Portugal plotted to #poison #Israelis at the upcoming Boom Festival, Sarah (not her real name) told KAN News on Monday. The members also intended to defecate on the Israelis' tents and urinate in their food.

Sarah, who is #Jewish, said she entered the group chat through her work as an artist, though she imagined they didn't know she was Jewish."

"Talk Dirty to Me" by Poison

Listen on Apple Music (music.apple.com/us/album/talk-)

This song just randomly came on my playlist, and this will be the song of the day for me since my mind is drawing a blank on most anything else. Talk Dirty To Me by Poison is a song that just reminds me of the good ole days of MTV mostly.

This was really Poison's first song that hit it big and got them noticed. The song was really good, but the video was fabulous and really drew everyone in. You know, because of the big hair, them looking more like females because of that big hair than anything else. I remember lots of people asking, is that an all female band?

[Verse]
You know I never
I never seen you look so good
You never act the way you should
But I like it
And I know you like it too
The way that I want you
I gotta have you
Oh yes, I do

You know I never
I never ever stay out late
You know that I can hardly wait
Just to see you
And I know you cannot wait
Wait to see me too
I gotta touch you

[Chorus]
Cause baby we'll be
At the drive-in
In the old man's Ford
Behind the bushes
Till I'm screaming for more
Down the basement
Lock the cellar door
And baby
Talk dirty to me

Book review

Bear with me it is worth a read, a review so laced with venom and hatred of the author (Viner) that is makes enjoyable reading (the review not either of their books).

Who knows what is true and for all that, who cares? It's a peach, even if you despise them both.

"Cry Tough" by Poison

Listen on Apple Music (music.apple.com/us/album/cry-t)

Today's song is a simple one and one without too much of a story behind it. Cry Tough by Poison is a song from their very first album, Look What The Cat Dragged In, that has stuck with me for years. Oddly, it wasn't until a few years after the albums release on August 2nd, 1986 that this song grabbed me. It's just one of those songs that it's all about the beat that I liked for the longest time, but then later in life it's about the lyrics as well.

Poison made a video for the song, but for a lot of years, it only aired on MTV one time and that was during a special edition of Headbanger's Ball. Eventually MTV started playing it more for whatever reason and that was when I really began to enjoy the song and relate to it. Today, it's a song I listen to quite often.

[Verse 1]
Remember the nights we sat
And talked about all our dreams
Well little did we know then
They were more distant than they seemed
But well, well I knew it
You knew it too
The things we'd go through
Well, we knew the things we had to do
To make it, baby

[Chorus]
You gotta cry tough
Out on the streets
To make your dreams happen
You gotta cry out
Out to the world
To make them all come true

"Traces of at least 50 different kinds of pesticides and metabolites were found in tap water...One of the main ones, or the highest concentration, was for glyphosate"

Monsanto claims that roundup breaks down in the soil so doesn't get to water. Ducks Unlimited tested ponds and found roundup in the water at over a decade ago. The unethical Universities getting funds from the poison manufacturers repeat the corporate lies.
