Wat mach ich nu? Geb ich das Paket in einer Filiale ab? Oder versuche ich morgen, telefonisch was zu erreichen? 🤔Oder habt ihr eine bessere Idee?

rhaenIch bin bei der örtlichen DHL Filiale und die (ältere) Person ist komplett überfordert. Ich bin immer fasziniert wie wir uns das so vorstellen mit grundlegenden Services in unserer Gesellschaft. Vielleicht mag das wirtschaftlich sein für das Unternehmen, Kundenorientierung scheint mir aber noch durchaus etwas anderes zu sein.
