When visiting the exhibitions I always take the outside elevator to the roof first.<br>
After a round on the roof I take the inside glass elevator down to the exhibition.<br>
You have a really nice view of the big top exhibition room when decending this elevator!<br>

These are some views from the roof of Oberhausen and everything around. On clear days you have a pretty good view into the distance.<br>
