We take care of a wide range of things)One of our customers is a national retailer. I've been dedicated to this customer for ~5y.They are starting to bring a lot of the stuff we do for them in-house. Hence, me losing my work there. After listening to this conversation for a while, I said, “if the customer feels like they are stuck in your process, they will be unhappy“.
