Weil ich kurz vorm Schlafengehen diesen Fehler-Screen auf dem Laptop bekam und dann eine Stunde genervt-panisch versucht habe, das Notebook wieder an den Start zu bekommen.</p><p>Irgendwas hat <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/GDM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GDM</span></a> zerschossen. Also nicht Ich, sondern irgendetwas, denn ich habe seit Wochen nichts umkonfiguriert oder hinzuinstalliert, nur brav alle 1-2 Tage Updates installiert. <br>Ich habe keine Ahnung, was genau und warum das ausgelöst hat, aber mit <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/LightDM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LightDM</span></a> startet das Ding wieder ohne Murren. Fossery Tech :debian: :gnome:<p>I installed Debian 12 without GUI on a VM, then installed IceWM and LightDM on it, but I couldn't get LightDM to start IceWM. Seems like gdm and sddm were fighting over x11 so I need to use lightdm. </p><p>I'VE BEEN USING KDE ON POP WRONG FOR 3 YEARS!
