Tonight I’m having a strawberry banana smoothie, roasted and seasoned baby potatoes, two hardboiled eggs, and some Coronation (slipskin) grapes.

If I’m still hungry after that, I’ll go see what other leftovers I can nibble on.

I like that I can cook. I'm no great gourmet but as I get older, I understand keeping things simple and winging it can often yield great results. I cut up leftover steak tips and threw them in my pressure cooker with a can of plum tomatoes, some sautéed onions, peppers & garlic, oregano, chili powder, cumin and corn meal. It made a delicious chili for dinner but the remaining leftovers could fill quesadillas or make delicious beef tacos. Many meals from one. #cooking #dinner #leftovers
