Cultivating Mindfulness & Loving-Kindness Meditation

Cultivating Buddhist awareness within the beautiful practices of mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation invites us to deepen our understanding of each precious moment while nurturing a profound sense of compassion and empathy for ourselves and those around us. In the meditation below, we gently begin by turning our attention to the breath, a fundamental element of Buddhist meditation. This focus on the breath serves as a warm anchor for our minds, guiding us to fully embrace the present with kindness and presence.

Hace un rato que terminé de ver 'Flow' y vaya experiencia, no me esperaba que se me agarrara así al pecho, qué bien me ha venido la llorera y la reconciliación con que aún se puedan hacer obras con esta belleza, con tanta poesía y con cero pretensiones más que tocarnos todas las visceras y revolverlas. Somos seres que sienten, estamos hechos para algo más que la razón, algunas cosas sobre la tierra nos lo recuerdan.

Bueno, ya me vais conociendo, todo lo que tenga poesía en su ensamblaje, todo lo que nos lleve a ampliar la forma de conocer y estar en el mundo, me va.
