With a huge influx of support issues on the forum and a significant amount of people reporting <a href="https://aus.social/tags/CompleteFailure" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#CompleteFailure</a> their response was not ownership or even acknowledgement and a pause of the rollout and/or roll-back to a working version was not even entertained.
