Traditionally distributed on Easter Monday at Biddenden in Kent, these biscuits, dating from c. 1875, commemorate conjoined twins Mary & Eliza Chulkhurst, who were born in 1100 & died together in 1134. From a rich family, they bequeathed land to the church to help the poor.

We have been away for a couple of nights, and came home to an empty #Sheep shed, with empty hay racks, and empty drinkers, with the sheep out in the fields.
Upon arrival, all has been replenished, and they have had a generous helping of #biscuits , plus some RamMaster. I think they are happy to be spoiled again.

That would make it 2½ Custard Creams to the Wagon Wheel (Troy) and 3½ Custard Creams to the Wagon Wheel (Avoirdupois).

Is it not 7 Digestives to the Custard Cream, and thus 2 and one seventh Custard Creams to the Wagon Wheel (Troy) and and an even 3 Custard Creams to the Wagon Wheel (Avoirdupois)?

Those numbers seem more like what I remember of the old system.

Our #sheep have gone exploring the fields during the day and not found their way back to their shed at nighttime. I can’t see where they are in the dark. I know they’re hardy animals, but I will worry about them being out in the cold!
All except one sheep who got left behind in the shed, separated from the others, and would now rather be out with his mates! He did get some #biscuits to help him feel less sad.
