@ErikJonker please be critical of the services on that site. Several are European companies, but still host their services on US cloud services.
Even if the servers are in the EU, if the company itself is US-based, this is still a problem
@stefan @ErikJonker There are indeed a lot of "resellers" that use the big three for their virtual private servers and therefore your data will still be in reach of the USA.
